Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This notice explains, in plain English, what personal information Mrlawyers (“we”, “us”) collects whenyou use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the practice area you select, and your message. We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you about your matter. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive, and — where your enquiry leads to instructing us — the steps needed to enter into an engagement with you.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are delivered to our practice inbox and stored in our secure enquiry-management system hosted on Google Firebase, in the EU/UK region. Access is limited to the people at the practice who handle enquiries.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you become a client, your information is kept as part of your client file for as long as professional and legal obligations require.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. Your details are seen only by the practice and the service providers that deliver our email and enquiry systems, who process it solely on our instructions.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Contact us about your data
For any question or request about your personal information, email us at info@mrlawyers.co.uk or write to us at 559 High Road, Seven Kings, Ilford, IG1 1TZ, United Kingdom. We respond to data requests within one month.
